Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary rehab team on a PRN basis. This role focuses on improving residents’ functional independence and quality of life in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering OT interventions for ADLs and mobility, documenting accurately, and participating in care plan meetings.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality resident care and outcomes
