Diamond Care Group seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for The Palms at Venice in Venice, FL. Join our interdisciplinary rehab team to help residents improve functional independence and quality of life in a supportive clinical environment.

The role focuses on evaluating residents, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with nursing and therapy staff while maintaining meticulous documentation and contributing to discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality resident care and outcomes.

Responsibilities
