Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This PRN role delivers skilled OT services under supervision of a licensed OT in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include treating residents, assisting with ADLs and mobility, documenting progress, and collaborating with inter-disciplinary team members. A Florida COTA license is required, and SNF/post-acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida COTA license is required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
