Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ functional independence and quality of life in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, improving ADLs and mobility, and collaborating with the care team while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality resident care and outcomes.
