Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide services to promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include ADL-focused therapy, functional mobility training, progress monitoring, and timely documentation in compliance with Medicare and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida OT license in good standing.
• Knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation and Medicare regulations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team.
