Job summary

Aspen Valley Health is seeking a PRN House Supervisor in Nursing Administration. The role provides leadership across hospital operations, ensuring safe patient flow. You will communicate across departments and respond to emergencies with clinical oversight for multiple units.

The position requires a strong RN background, ADN, and several critical certifications; ED/ICU/pediatrics experience is preferred. This is an on-site role in Aspen, CO with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• ADN required; RN license in CO.
• 5+ years nursing with 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• ED/ICU/pediatrics experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, STABLE, PEARS certifications required.
• ANCC or Magnet certification preferred; CCRN or CEN preferred.
• FEMA EMI coursework within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of hospital operations.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and staffing coverage.
• Act as on-site administrator during emergencies and disasters.
• Maintain RN competencies across units for emergent care.
• Foster teamwork and promote continuous improvement.
