Position Overview

The RN House Supervisor serves as the administrative and clinical leader of the hospital during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for overseeing hospital operations, supporting clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, and responding to emergent situations. The House Supervisor acts as a key resource for staff, physicians, and leadership while promoting a safe and efficient care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - required within 6 months
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - required within 6 months
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience preferred
