LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a House Supervisor to provide on-site leadership during off-shifts, oversee patient care, and supervise hospital departments to ensure safe, high-quality care across the organization.

The role includes managing staff staffing, training, evaluating performance, acting as liaison between administration and clinical teams, and participating in budget planning to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree.
• 2–5 years of supervisor experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Current RN licensure; preferred Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of experience.
