Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (state of practice).
• BSN within four years of hire/promotion or existing agreement.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications upon hire or within six months.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital activities and coordinate between patient care areas and other departments.
• Supervise staffing and manage coverage gaps; provide feedback on staff performance.
• Oversee patient flow and remove barriers to transitions in care.
• Ensure care aligns with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to promote professional growth.
