Qualifications

• Licensed RN in North Carolina.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• At least five years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-wide leadership and oversight during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing and patient care activities across all departments.
• Serve as a mentor, resource, and support for nursing and clinical staff.
• Facilitate patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to and manage urgent and emergent situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and administration to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote adherence to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives.
• Support conflict resolution and problem-solving in real time.
