The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Clinical Lab Technician, with 1–2 years of experience preferred, and certification within 1 year (ASCP BOC or AMT). You will support QA, phlebotomy staff, and ensure timely results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests per established protocols.

• Provides support to phlebotomists and improves procedures.
