Qualifications

• ASCP BOC MLT certification must be obtained within 1 year or AMT MLT certification within 1 year.
• Associate degree in clinical lab technology or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory testing across acute care areas using manual or automated methods.
• Maintains calibration and quality control; documents results and reports timely.
• Supports transfusion services, microbiology, chemistry, hematology, histology and related areas.
• Assists phlebotomists and staff; ensures patient specimen integrity and labeling.
