Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in Clinical Lab Technician or related field.
• MLT certification to be obtained within 1 year (ASCP BOC or AMT).

Aufgaben

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests per established protocols.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and reports results per policy.
• Performs calibration and maintenance of instruments; documents quality control.
• Supports phlebotomists and staff; provides technical assistance.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting standards and CAP requirements.
• Provides timely lab results for ED, ICU and OR during high-acuity events.
