PACS Group (United Kingdom) seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the resident assessment process including MDS and PDPM activities. You will coordinate interdisciplinary input, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead weekly meetings to drive optimal care planning for skilled residents.

The role requires BSN, current RN in good standing, and prior supervision in a Long Term Care setting. Strong data skills and proficiency with MDS tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain continuing education/licensing requirements.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the facility's weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients.
• Track and monitor PDPM tools utilization and related processes.
• Monitor QM and QASP performance; provide data analysis and clinical recommendations.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators.
• Assess health status and level of care for new admissions; ensure timely MDS submissions.
