Crown Care Center is hiring LPNs – Licensed Practical Nurses! We’re looking for dedicated LPNs to join our clinical team and help us maintain high-quality resident care. Be part of an active, supportive, and fun team where you can truly make an impact.

• Current LPN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and stay engaged.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the RN or overseeing physician.
