Crown Care Center in Harrisonville, MO is hiring LPNs to join our clinical team. We offer flexible schedules, same-day pay, and competitive pay to support our residents.

New grads are welcome; you must hold a Missouri LPN license. You’ll provide compassionate care, promote socialization, and help maintain a safe environment while collaborating with RNs and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to support seniors with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and stay engaged.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
• Report updates to the RN or overseeing physician.
