Qualifications

• Current license as a LPN in Missouri.
• COVID-19 vaccination preferred or willingness to get it.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to assist residents with daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others.
• Maintain a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Take vitals (BP, pulse, temp) and document findings.
• Report updates to RN or supervising physician.

Duties and Responsibilities for LPNLicensed Practical Nurse:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
