Job summary

Crown Rehab & Healthcare center in Missouri is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team, delivering high-quality care close to home with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

You’ll provide personalized resident care, monitor vitals, and collaborate with RNs to ensure safe, effective treatment plans in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN license is required.
• Ability to provide personalized care to seniors.
• Comfort with taking vitals and reporting to RN/physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.
