Job summary

New Mark Rehab in Missouri is seeking an LPN to join our care team on 12-hour shifts. We offer flexible scheduling options including Full-time, Part-time, and PRN, competitive pay with shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri (required).
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing person-centered care.
• Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehab, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, dignified manner.
• Promote resident engagement and socialization to support mental and emotional well-being.
