Job summary

Crown Rehab & Healthcare Center in Harrisonville, MO is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team on the Night shift. You will provide personalized care to residents, monitor vitals, and support daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN license.
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to get it.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
