Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to support seniors with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and stay engaged.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Record patient history and update data.
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the RN or overseeing physician.
