Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our clinical team and provide high-level resident care. The role offers flexibility with shifts and a competitive pay package enhanced by a shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to support seniors with daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others to maintain spirits.
• Create a safe, thriving environment for residents.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate and temperature.
• Report updates to the registered nurse or supervising physician.

• Current license as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri.

Duties and Responsibilities for LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
