Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 12-hour shifts on 1st (7a-7p) and 3rd (7p-7a) with a weekend option (Friday-Sunday). The role offers $28–$30 per hour and PRN, flexible scheduling to fit availability.

The position requires an active SC LPN license, current CPR, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care within a supportive team at a 132-bed facility under new leadership.

Formación

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
