Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct patient care across cottage-style units, delivering high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care.

We offer competitive pay ($27–$33/hour) with shift differentials up to $8/hour, 12-hour shifts (days and nights), comprehensive benefits, PTO + 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and on-site leadership 24/7 to support your growth

Formación

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Ability to be active and mobile throughout the shift (walking between cottages required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
