Job summary

Naven Health is seeking a licensed RN to join our infusion nursing team as Infusion Nurse I. This role provides basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites under supervision, ensuring patient safety with the physician's plan of care.

You will perform treatments, administer medications, educate patients and families, coordinate with the clinical team, and complete timely documentation. Travel is required; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements infusion care plans.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Coordinates care with clinical team and physicians.
• Documents care and plans of treatment accurately and timely.
• Responds to patient needs and ensures safety during visits.
