Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care. Work under close supervision with potential travel across regions.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience. The job involves direct patient care, documentation, and coordination with the Clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (an in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment in response to changes in patient status based on physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each visit.
• Re-evaluates patient needs and progress with treatment."
