Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking an RN to provide home health care, visiting patients in Conway, Johnson, Perry, Pope, Van Buren, and Yell counties. The role is 3 days per week from 8 am to 5 pm, with a focus on maintaining patient independence at home.

Responsibilities include supervisory visits, care plan evaluation, unskilled follow-ups, and staff trainings. Local travel, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance are required. Equal opportunity employer.

As An Addus Registered Nurse, You Will

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• 2 years of experience required
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
