Job summary

Addus HomeCare, Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse to support home-based care, helping patients stay independent at home.

You will perform supervisory visits to evaluate care plans and supervise client service delivery, ensuring high-quality care. The role requires graduating from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license and 2 years of nursing experience; the job involves local travel in your own vehicle with valid driving credentials and insurance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of nursing experience.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Complete initial Starts of Care.
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.

• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
