Job summary

Addus HealthCare is seeking an RN for homecare in the Kentucky region. This role offers a flexible schedule and self-scheduling, with no weekends or holidays.

You will enable patients to stay independent at home and perform supervisory visits to ensure quality care, while coordinating with case managers and the care team. Requirements include RN licensure, 1 year of experience, and the ability to travel locally in your own vehicle with current automobile insurance.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to stay independent in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services.
• Present educational in-service trainings.
• Communicate with Case Managers and care team members.

As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• 1 year of experience required
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
