Helen Ross McNabb Center is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to the Executive Vice Presidents and senior management. You will coordinate data reporting, assist with grant activities, and manage travel and meeting logistics.
The role requires a high school diploma, a preferred bachelor's degree, and at least two years as an Administrative Assistant. Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Data Management: Coordinate and manage the following operational areas:
Grant Support: Support existing and new grants by:
Support for Center Staffing: Work with supervisors to ensure Center staffing by:
Event Support: Provide support for Center special events such as Spirit Award Dinner, Evening of Hope, Center Open Houses, and Staff Longevity Awards.
Program Knowledge: Maintains an understanding of McNabb Center's regional mental health, substance abuse, and social services programming. Must reflect the values of The Center, observe, and practice the mission of The Center.
Collaboration: Collaborate with Center leadership and staff.
Confidentiality: Must maintain strict discretion/confidentiality of sensitive information related to personnel, finances, and operational data.
