You will perform CT procedures per department guidelines, maintain ALARA standards, and ensure accurate documentation in RIS/PACS while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Required qualifications include ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, BLS, and a radiologic technology program, with at least

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications; BLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines and obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain ALARA standards.
• Prepare rooms, disinfect, and report equipment issues promptly.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders, and ensure patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures using AIDET and support patient comfort and safety.
• Review images for diagnostic acceptability and finalize studies in RIS/PACS.
• Assist with crash cart and life-support readiness and maintain department workflows.
