Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures with a commitment to patient safety and comfort. You will operate imaging equipment, adhere to ALARA principles, and ensure accurate documentation in RIS/PACS.

The role supports a collaborative radiology team and contributes to a high-quality patient imaging experience. Candidates should have ARRT credentials (Radiography and CT) and BLS, with a minimum of 1 year radiology experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology preferred.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-CT certification required; BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely, maintaining ALARA principles and minimal radiation exposure.
• Prepare and disinfect rooms and equipment; screen for contraindications and verify patient identity.
