Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a CT Technologist for the High Point Medical Center. You will perform CT imaging, administer IV contrast, verify orders with radiologists, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

The role requires ARRT or NMTCB CT certification, BLS, and the ability to work PRN with varying shifts. Expect cooperation with anesthesia and radiology teams in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized radiologic or nuclear medicine program.
• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB; CT registry within 1 year of hire; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Examine and verify orders with radiologist; prepare patients and obtain consent.
• Administer IV contrast per protocol; document type and amount.
• Perform CT scans; ensure sterile technique and safe patient care.
• Assist Radiologist/PA during invasive procedures; maintain radiation safety.
