Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler’s Certification/Permit required.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Culinary Arts degree or formal vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items per planned menus and recipes, ensuring high-quality meals.
• Stock items properly and manage inventory per recipes and schedules.
• Follow government and safety regulations, report infractions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstation.
