MBK Senior Living is seeking a full-time Cook to prepare delicious, nutritious meals per menus and recipes. You will supervise portion control, food quality, and presentation while adhering to government and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Food Handler’s Certification/Permit required.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Culinary Arts degree or formal vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items per planned menus and recipes, ensuring high-quality, appealing meals.
• Stock and rotate ingredients; manage proper portion sizes and presentation.
• Follow HACCP, safety and sanitation standards and report issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and storage areas.
• Collaborate with Director of Dining Services and Executive Chef on menu changes.
