Job summary

UFC Gym in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver exceptional member service and private training, driving revenue through training and supplement sales. The role requires at least one weekend day and a proactive, energetic presence on the gym floor.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering private training programs, maintaining client records, and coordinating sessions with members to maximize engagement and results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Must be able to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and professional.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage participation in private training.
• Maintain accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, tracking, workouts).
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities (complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, workshops).
• Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives in training and supplement sales.
• Conduct guest tours and complete sales through turnover process.
• Schedule and manage client appointments independently.
• Coordinate sessions with clients based on availability.
• Maintain scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.
• Handle self-directed appointment setting including follow-ups.
