Job summary

UFC Gym in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Fitness Coach to deliver exceptional member service through private and small-group training, driving revenue in supplements and training programs. This role requires weekend availability and adherence to UFC Gym standards.

The Fitness Coach will manage client programs, track progress, and maintain a welcoming gym floor, while representing the Train Different philosophy and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts).
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities (complimentary workouts, supplement booths, etc.).
• Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives in sessions, training, and supplement sales.
• Conduct guest tours and complete sales when needed.
• Execute prospecting via Starter Sessions and other activities.
• Schedule and manage client appointments to optimize time and service.
• Coordinate sessions with clients based on availability and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and adjust for changes.
• Handle self-directed appointment setting, follow-ups, and rescheduling.
