Job summary

UFC Gym in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Fitness Manager to ensure a positive customer experience and drive private training and supplement revenue. The FM leads a coaching team, oversees scheduling, and enforces policies to hit revenue goals.

The role involves staffing, member service, and administrative duties, with a focus on developing a high-performing PT/MMA team, while coordinating with clients for sessions and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 UFC Gym–recognized certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Management/employee relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and development of coaches and potential leaders.
• Maintain a fully engaged Personal Training/MMA team.
• Set monthly, weekly and daily goals aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct regular performance and operations meetings with Coaches.
• Handle member service matters and tours, sign training agreements.
• Perform administrative and housekeeping duties; report repair needs.
• Sell and conduct personal training with members; drive revenue.
• Lead revenue-generating activities (workshops, seminars, booths).
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.
• Review sales performance with VP and staff to drive results.
• Administer policies related to the sales process.
• Schedule and manage client appointments; coordinate sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and adjust as needed.
• Handle self-directed appointment setting and follow-ups.
