Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver exceptional member service and private training while driving revenue through training sessions and supplement sales. The role requires weekend availability and the ability to manage client programs, schedules, and progress with attention to safety and brand standards.

You will work under the Fitness Manager, interacting with members and staff, and contribute to a positive gym experience by promoting UFC Gym's Train Different philosophy and ensuring

Qualifications

• Private Training techniques knowledge from assessment to program design.
• Must be able to adjust and operate fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures, including safety procedures.
• Strong customer service focus and professional responsiveness.
• Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to manage and schedule client appointments and sessions.
• Familiarity with liability documentation and observation of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and adjust for changes.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions based on availability.
• Document daily workouts for liability and certification adherence.
• Follow policies regarding payment transactions and club procedures.
