Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and earn competitive pay after each lesson.

Typical lessons are 1-on-1 or small groups. You’ll receive client matches in your area, with payment processed within 24 hours. CPR/First Aid are preferred; you must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the US.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already held.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations safely.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, engaging, tracked learning experience for students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
