Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities include conducting private and group lessons, traveling to client locations, and creating tailored lesson plans while prioritizing safety. CPR/First Aid and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
