Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors set their own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You must be based in the US with work authorization and hold CPR/First Aid certifications or be willing to obtain them. Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating personalized plans, and ensuring safety at all times while traveling to client

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
