Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You control your own schedule and select which clients to work with, earning within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and reliable transportation. You must be based in the US with work authorization and a passion for safe, personalized coaching.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
