Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes or community pools across the US. You set your schedule and we provide clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities include private and small group lessons, travel to client locations, and creating customized lesson plans while ensuring student safety and progress. Must have 2+ years experience and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
