Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set the schedule, we provide clients, and you can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain, and US work authorization. Competitive pay and quick onboarding are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
