InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with local travel and client matching.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. You will create personalized lesson plans, ensure student safety, and deliver engaging sessions with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Able to clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel to client locations.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, safe and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
