Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, typically within 24 hours.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, being 18+, and CPR/First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them. Must be based in the US with work authorization and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.

• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills and progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
