Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with clients supplied by InstaSwim.

You will conduct private and small group lessons, travel locally, and create personalized lesson plans while ensuring safety and progress. Requirements: 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), US work authorization, reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
