Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across your area and surrounding cities. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, choosing the clients you work with.

Requirements include 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), US work authorization, reliable transportation, and the ability to deliver personalized lesson plans.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
