Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim supplies clients and handles onboarding, while you bring instruction and credentials. To qualify, you should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or be willing to obtain), and have US work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
